SHIPPING POLICY
UK DELIVERIES

We use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries.

For Standard Delivery costing £4.00 [Not including any Free Shipping Promos], we aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 2 working days, Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays. Delivery should be completed within 7 working days. This may not always be possible due to order volumes or postal delays so if there are any problems encountered please contact us directly.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery times are met, but we cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We currently use Royal Mail for international deliveries. We currently only ship to the following countries below. Tracked & Signed £13 Ireland Germany Spain France Italy Netherlands Sweden Belgium Portugal USA Tracked, £18 - Delivery within 10 Working Days Orders dispatched with the Royal Mail Service will be sent tracked and will require a signature upon delivery

Please allow 20 working days for your order to arrive, however the items are usually delivered within 10 days or less.

Delivery to some oversea countries may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be payable by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.

Please be aware that there may be limitations on what can be sent to you with regards to specific items and order values. These may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information should this apply in your country. We cannot refund any shipping costs should your order be returned for any of these reasons.

Our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail centre and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you. In these circumstances you may ask for the order to be refunded.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can send it back within 14 days, unused, complete with all labels and packaging, for an exchange or refund.

All returned products must be unused, have all the original tags, labels and in their original packaging. We do not under any circumstance accept returns not complying with this.

Please note: Opening the box to verify contents, size, or color does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing packaging or labels etc. are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.

Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain that everything is in perfect condition.

The original handling fee and/or shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. Please Contact us straightaway stating your reason for return and we will advise you of the return address once approved.

Please remember to include details of the original order number and a telephone contact number so that we can trace your order in our records and, in the event of a refund, process the return payment accordingly.

Please ensure that you post back items with tracking and obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We will only refund or provide credit for the costs of postage where the item returned is found to have been faulty at the time of dispatch to you. All our goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch to avoid these occurrences.

Please ensure you take extra care to read all product and wash care information correctly as detailed in our FAQ section. We will not accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged by the customer.
All products and offers are subject to availability, although we always aim to keep stock levels matched to advertised items.
In the event that we are unable to supply your products, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer a full refund. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. However, we endeavour not to charge your card unless a product is in stock.
Occasionally, on low stock items this could occur. However if it does, you will be made aware and offered a full refund. Unless we advise you otherwise, refunds will be credited to the source of the original payment, which means a credit back to the debit or credit card used at the time of purchase.
We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of return postage (where charged) if the item sent back is found to have been faulty at the time of dispatch to you. However, we check all stock before shipping to limit such occurrences.

Payment can be made by VISA, Master Card or Paypal. Payment will be debited from your account upon placing your order.
All debit and credit card processing will be performed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd, Parent Company Stripe Inc.
The charge on your statement will appear from Baby Tresses.
We verify all billing addresses with credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, we will contact you. VAT will be charged when applicable (generally within the EU). You will be required to provide your name, credit or debit card number, expiration date, and the CVV/CVC number on the back of your card.
